Empower Physical Therapy - Terrain Inside Terrain Gym
1918 Iowa St: turn south off Iowa down Undine St. (more of an alley) next to Final Touch Auto Spa and Flat Black Automotive. Terrain Gym is the last business on the left before the Dewey Griffin Subaru back parking lot. I sublease the upstairs office and the space next to the stairs and we have access to the main gym space most of the day. Park anywhere past the Empower PT A-Frame sign in front of Terrain. There's also a white PVC pole running up the building that roughly marks the parking boundary. Please do NOT park in front of Flat Black mechanic shop. If there isn't parking available, the Dewey Griffin back lot is OK. Grab a seat in the lobby or hop on the cardio equipment when you arrive. We'll come get you when we're ready.
